𝒳Chk verifies candidates using their phone to check location, identity, and network. Our AI listens to detect cheating, while we record and document everything for audit trails.
For the quickstart, you can interview a colleague. In addition to the computer, the colleague will need their phone.
As the Interviewer, from your computer
Click Add Candidate - Add your details, then Save Candidate
Click on the name you just added - edit details, then Save Candidate
Click on the Interview button - You'll be taken to the Interview page
Start the video interview with your candidate using your usual tool. You'll then ask them to verify using 𝒳Chk by sending them a text message or sharing a QR code with them.
Click the Share the QR Code button - A QR code should appear in a window - share this with the Candidate
The Candidate, using their phone, needs to
Scan the QR code - This will connect them to 𝒳Chk
Tap the screen when asked - This makes sure they're not a bot
The phone camera will turn on - it will turn off automatically at the end of the interview.
As the interviewer - You can now see the candidate from two angles, which helps detect video deepfakes and shows their real background.
Check the icons - We check Location, Identity, Device, and Liveness
Ask Questions - Our AI will listen and show answers at the bottom of the screen. If the candidate's answer is similar to the AI answer they could be cheating.
Click Leave - End the Interview
Check the white Icons - View text, question and audio transcripts
Click the back button - Return to the Candidates page
Click the History button - Screenshots and details from every interview - make sure it's the same person
Click the Picture - View interview details, screenshots of the Candidate every 30 seconds, transcripts and security details
